Can you manage the project if I live out of state?
Yes. Many of our lakeshore clients do. You get one point of contact and daily visibility into schedule, selections, and budget from anywhere.
Do you handle shoreline setbacks and zoning?
Yes. Drawings, permitting, and the local approval process are part of design.
When should a lake house project be built?
Often in the off-season, so the house is ready when you want to use it. We plan schedules around that.
Do you build standalone decks or docks?
No. We design covered outdoor spaces that tie structurally into the house, not standalone decking.
