MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
POSITION TYPE:
Part time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including shop maintenance, material delivery, and general handyman tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and handyman services, with the physical capability to handle heavy lifting and a proactive approach to task management.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Shop Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and organization of the shop for approximately 2 hours per week to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Material Delivery: Manage the delivery of materials to job sites, dedicating approximately 15 hours per week to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Short J Channel Fabrication: Allocate about 4 hours per week to fabricate short J channels as needed for various projects.
Returns Management: Handle the return of unused or defective materials, dedicating approximately 2 hours per week to this task.
Handyman Services: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to:
○ Washing machines
○ Storm door installation
○ Replacing light bulbs
○ Fixing faucet drips
○ Installing signs
○ Cleaning job sites
Physical Tasks: Assist with lifting and moving heavy objects as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in maintenance and handyman roles, with a diverse skill set in general repairs and installations.
Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

LEAD CARPENTER
POSITION TYPE:

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Oversee jobsite installations, working with other carpenters and helpers to perform installs, demo, and trim carpentry
Provide onsite supervision to in-house team and subcontractors when not performing the work yourself
Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.
Interact with clients as a front facing representative of our company
Trouble shoot and problem solve
Update the project manager on all ongoing projects
Attend bi-monthly team production meetings
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Highly skilled in residential remodeling with hands-on experience in the carpentry field
Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry which includes some of: custom trim work, custom doors & cabinetry, built-Ins, fireplace mantles, deck building
Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver
Valid Driver’s License
