Do you work in Grand Rapids if your office is in Zeeland?
Yes. Grand Rapids and the surrounding communities are a core part of our service area, and our office and showroom are a short drive west.
Will you build a plan someone else designed?
No. We design what we build. It is the only way we can stand behind the price and the schedule.
How long does a project take?
Design runs eight to twelve weeks depending on scope. Construction depends on size, and you get a real schedule at the construction agreement, before demolition.
What size projects do you take on?
Most of our work starts around $100,000. Single-room cosmetic updates and small repairs are not a fit.
Do you handle permits and zoning?
Yes. We file permits and work through setbacks, lot coverage, and any variance the township requires.
