Where is your office?
Zeeland, a short drive from downtown Holland. You are welcome to visit the showroom and pick finishes in person.
Do you handle permits and zoning?
Yes. We manage drawings, permitting, and inspections, including setbacks and lot coverage.
Can you work on an older Holland home?
Yes. Much of our work is opening up and modernizing homes that were not built for how families live today.
Do you do bathrooms or basements on their own?
Those are usually completed as part of a larger whole-home project rather than standalone work.
Will you build a plan someone else designed?
No. We design what we build, which is how we stand behind the price and the schedule.
