I hired PRDesign to build an electric fireplace in my livingroom. It looks beautiful! The Payne crew take pride in their workmanship and pay attention to details. If something doesn’t look quite right, they are quick to correct it. Eric Payne’s supervisor, Denver, is very attentive to the customer’s requests and consistently supervises the ongoing project to the end. He makes sure everything meets the customer’s expectations. In the past, they finished off my basement by adding 2 bedrooms and a bath; and remodeled my kitchen, dining area, main bath and laundry room. I trust their expertise and highly recommend them. I will use them again when I have another project.

Thank you to Eric and team for an excellent job! We had PR build a 4 seasons room addition on our home. The project was completed on-time and in-budget – with excellent quality and attention to detail. The PR team was super professional, attentive to our questions, and a pleasure to work with. The design was fantastic and everything came out even better than we expected. We had a new full bath added to a 100-year-old house and we expected issues to come up but everything was handled quickly and without drama. P R Design Build expertly handled all aspects of our remodeling. From the initial planning and scope to the purchase of materials and through the construction phase, our project went very smoothly. We are pleased with the end result and how their quality workmanship transformed our house – It is so beautiful! They took on the work we would never try on our own, like adding and removing walls and installing a tile shower. The results are stunning!

The PR Design team did a great job with our basement project. A family room, kichenette, bedroom and bath. They follow a well thought out process to guide you through the build process from initial contact through project completion. The project manger, Denver, did a fantastic job keeping the project on schedule and his communication was subperb! The whole team treats your project like they where building it for their own home from the quality of work to cleaning up at the end of the day.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted in my new deck. The PR Design Build team helped me see that I could have the deck in a new position on my house by moving a window and adding a slider. I was particularly impressed by their communication process – lots of communication is standard, including the assignment of a project manager, and one-off questions are quickly answered. They have an app where pictures are posted of progress very regularly.They completed the job on time. Everyone I encountered was extremely professional. All of their work is top quality. I am extremely pleased with my new slider and deck and will not hesitate to use PR Design Build in the future.

I had my bathroom totally redone earlier this year…it turned out great!! they were so patience with me picking out everything…then changing my mind…a time or two. They were able to work around my job/sleep schedule. They answered any question I had promptly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them for future projects.
